Ski-mountaineering in Almaty, spring 2015

Ski-mo. In one month i and Igor skied 2 first descents – iconic Nursultan (Komsomol peak) and “shovel” Tuyuk-su peak, as well as Molodegniy, Karly-tau and Porgebetskiy peak. Best season so far. Shymbulak ski base was skiable till mid of May, and higher snow cover is awesome. It’s summertime! So far so good!
